Our Field Community is the heart of the organization. Our 4 distinctive field forces are the human face of the brands for which we work: sales representatives, merchandisers, retail forces and brand ambassadors. Freedom, independence and flexibility ensure a pleasurable working environment with full accountability. This motivates our field employees to operate independently and be entrepreneurial and self-sufficient.
Our KPI-driven Field Community Manager, Field Managers and Field Coaches have the ambition to guarantee the most entrepreneurial, result-oriented field community. Through frequent personal guidance, coaching-on-the-job and collaboration with local retailers they strive for the best performance.

Training and development is activated through the Brandwise Academy. After a careful screening process
new employees will join the Brandwise onboarding. After this a two-fold development process
will be provided combining tactical brand-related training and field capability modules.
In this way field employees develop themselves from freshmen to junior to senior.
